I had an amazing experience working with Anna. I first engaged her to support me through the teenage years with my 13 & 14 year olds. I was going through some significant challenges with my daughter in particular and what I learnt was to look within, to understand my own landscape, what it was made up of and how I could use it to build a better relationship with my kids based on connection rather than commands and consequences. We reached out to Anna as we were at a crossroads in our parenting journey. We were both trying to parent in different styles and this was not only confusing for the kids, but it was putting unneeded pressure on us as a couple. 

After only one session with Anna, we were hooked. In the first session Anna gave us some tools, that we immediately implemented, and saw changes straight away in our children’s behaviour. This was mind blowing! Over the course of the next nine sessions, we gained so much more knowledge and tools. The connection we have with our children is so much stronger and the awareness of how our emotional legacy impacts our parenting has been eye opening.

We have chosen to implement a number of tools that Anna has passed on to us and we have seen some really good change. Now that we are both on the same page with parenting the kids know what to expect from both of us and this has also helped our marriage.
