Anna is incredibly observant, she has the ability to turn little lightbulbs on inside of me at every session. She sees and understands my deeper patterns so clearly, and also helps me to shift them so I can be the mother and person I want to be. It is very hard to put into words how much of a positive impact Anna has had on not only my life as an individual, but that also of my family. I reached out to Anna initially because I didn't like who I was when I was angry. I yelled a lot. I had 'tried' to change for the last few years myself, but was unable to figure out why I couldn't. I was now at the point where I was absolutely exhausted from the daily battles with my 5 year old son. 15 sessions and 4 months later I can honestly say I am a completely different person.
